It is no secret that Seasonal Workers like to get down. When you live and work out in the middle of nowhere, you can send one text and have 20 people herded up at any time to have a party. Get weird. It’s what seasonal work is all about.

What do you do when it’s 90 degrees and your crappy employee housing is too hot? Beer Bong beers at the river and yell at the rafts floating by. It always turns into a party.

A room full of people looking to dance and chug white claws…break out some glow paint and watch what happens.

I’ve attended many movie nights by hanging a sheet on the side of a cabin and circling up the camp chairs.

You’ll probably get a stern talking to after your first karaoke party. Seasonal Workers seem to go nuts when you give them a beer and a microphone.

Glowsticks make people want to dance for some odd reason. We’ve had some great Fairy Party’s too with the woods lit up by glowsticks.

A lot of seasonal jobs are located on federal land. You can still get felonies for smoking herb. Protect yourself as much as you can if you have to smoke indoors.

A Disco Ball helmet and two shots of rumpleminze is the recipe for those nights that you still talk about 20 years later.

Spikeball is a good way to keep the party going on those long beach days.

Weekly poker games just organically pop-up every season. Be the guy with the chips and a table – you’ll be the hero.

Hide your stash!!! Stink boxes are the best way, but still are not foolproof. Don’t smoke around narcs, easiest way to get kicked out of employee housing.

It starts by thinking you’re funny and wearing one of these to a party, then it becomes a way of life.

How else are you going to get 101 beers down to the beach?

I’ve seen this one pulled off a few times and they were epic parties!!

You’re going to need at least one costume. I suggest multiple, parkies always find a reason to dress up and drink beer.

Giant speakers in the woods or next to the river = parties that last until the sun comes up

This one of the greatest games to play early in the season when everyone is getting to know each other.
